Salt and Pepper
1. Crack three eggs in a cup or bowl and beat them
2. Add as much salt, pepper, and oregano as you wish
3. Pour the eggs into a small to medium non-stick frying pan
4. Wait
5. Shred some velveeta, again as much as you wish, and add it to the omelet
6. With a spatula, lightly sweep any uncooked egg to one side of the omelt and sweep it under
7. Wait, but not too long
8. Carefully scrape your omelet onto a plate and fold it over (the secret to not breaking the omelet is not too mess with it too much and to fold it only after its on the plate
9. Enjoy your omelet, I am right now
